Yup, I had a can of regular Pepsi on Sunday and on Sat night half of medium mt. dew at the movies. The good thing about it is that I dont crave soft drinks any more, I much rather have fruit juices (which I try to drink in moderation). I think I am going to move on to a new goal and try to drink just jucies and water now. I can do it!
Down about 16 pds...feelin good. 5 more pounds to reach my goal for this month.
